Summary:
The Corner house represents a collaboration between Sanctuary 28, Paul Uhlmann Architects and 8LA to achieve a simple yet dominant presence for the Sanctuary 28 Office and display home on TE Peters Drive Broadbeach. The prominent corner location was enhanced by embracing the borrowed verge landscape which extends the footprint of the site, creating a striking internal sub-tropical courtyard and maximising the outlook over water to the southeast. Super advanced Kentia Palms were craned over the house into the central courtyard used to create instant impact and advanced Eumundi Quandong was used to address privacy and screening issues to neighbours.
