Pacific Pines has been transformed from a landscape degraded by slash pine production to a master-planned development with comprehensive community infrastructure and an extensive network of parklands, rehabilitated bushland and revegetation areas.
The project has included open space master planning, detailed design, construction documentation, natural areas management and construction administration of landscape works since 1997.
Pacific Pines has become a family address, boasting a wide range of recreational facilities. Active recreation opportunities include sporting fields, skate parks, a BMX track, numerous playgrounds and extensive bushland areas.
