Summary:
The design for this beachside location focused on the retention of the views and days at the beach. Advanced Pandanus were craned from the beach to frame the view of the surf.
The entry to the property focused on the kids. Level changes were introduced to create elevated turf mounds and a linear skate park designed to provide a multipurpose hardstand area for play and relaxation. The client selected the most challenging concept including a large street-style skate park.
