Summary:
8LA was engaged to provide a concept design for a proposed residential tower on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Goodwin Terrace, Burleigh Heads. With consideration of such a prominent and pivotal location, some key aspirations included providing streetscape amenity and integration, green infrastructure to building facades and comfortable and attractive public and communal recreation spaces on upper levels.
